Do I need an account to place an order?
You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:
1. Track your orders and review past purchases
2. Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker in future
Can I amend or cancel my order before shipment?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel it or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.
If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team via email [email protected] or whatsapp as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
Where do you ship my order from?
We ship most orders from our local locations in Mexico. However, some items are shipped directly from our factories in Europe and Asia. For orders shipped from overseas, no additional taxes and duties will be charged.
